Alma is a delicately coloured silk flower bouquet designed for the proportions of the Marimekko Urna vase. Powder-pink lisianthus, ranunculus, cream garden roses and fresh green ficus leaves come together in a light palette.

The arrangement is wide, airy and asymmetrical. Ficus branches curve outwards while the flowers sit at different heights. Its open composition fills the generous Urna vase with presence without relying on an abundance of stems.

In your home

Alma suits a setting with room for a wide bouquet and a generous vase, such as a sideboard or dining table. Powder and cream shades bring softness, while the green leaves give the composition a natural outline.

Rivin’s note

Alma is shaped and hand-tied, and you can gently curve the ficus branches further outwards or downwards. Leaving a little space between the flowers lets its asymmetrical form come into its own.

Which vase suits this bouquet?

Alma is designed for the Marimekko Urna vase. The stems contain wire and can be gently bent or shortened with wire cutters to suit another vase. You can also share your vase measurements with us when ordering or get in touch, and we will be pleased to adjust the stem length before dispatch.

How to arrange a bouquet in a vase

Untie the ribbon around the bouquet before placing it in a vase. This allows the flowers to settle more naturally and gives the bouquet a more relaxed shape. If the stems are too long for the vase, gently bend them to the desired length. The stems contain wire, allowing you to shape them.

Care instructions

Silk flowers and artificial plants do not require much care. Any dust can be easily removed with a soft feather duster or a dry cloth. You can also gently blow-dry them on a cool setting. You can carefully reshape the flowers and leaves by hand. Avoid vigorous rubbing, soaking, and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
