Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch ready-made products within 1–3 business days of your order. Hand-tied bouquets and other made-to-order items may need a few extra days. Transit time starts once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

The lowest-priced delivery to a pickup point costs €3.90 to Finland, €6.90 to Sweden and €13.90 to the Netherlands. Delivery is free on orders over €100 to Finland, over €150 to Sweden and over €200 to the Netherlands. PostNord parcel locker delivery is also available to Sweden. Home delivery prices depend on the selected service and are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Estimated transit times after dispatch:
• Sweden: approximately 2 business days to a PostNord service point or parcel locker; 2–5 business days for home delivery.
• The Netherlands: approximately 3 business days to a PostNord pickup point; 2–6 business days for home delivery.

Transit times are estimates, may vary by delivery address and do not include order processing time. Available delivery methods and final delivery costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

You may also collect your online order from our boutique during opening hours once we have notified you that it is ready.
